Name = Nine

In the midst of plenty to keep me busy, I'm also developing my personal site. Seems a little selfish, doesn't it? Yes, but it's the most straightforward way for me to show off previous projects that have nothing to do with Ninth North. Plus, it's another site to design and develop. Keeps me limber.

So of course I need a personal logo. My first name is a bit of a repetitious mess, so I focused on my last name. Coincidentally, it's nine letters total, which not only plays nicely with Ninth North but allows me to arrange them all in perfectly aligned rows and columns. It's like classy tic tac toe. Without a visible grid. Or Xs and Os.

I'll admit without hesitation that I found inspiration in Milton Glaser's own logo. Alright, perhaps there's a little Gap thrown in as well. Mine does have a unique little twist, however, which will be revealed when I launch the site. Look forward to that launching shortly.
